職位描述:Main Duties工作職責:1. Developemt of new clients,products promotion, excute and reach regional quarterly/yearly sale objectives;開發代理商, 產品推廣,執行并達成區域內的季度/年度銷售目標;2. Providing product training and solutions to doctors, patients and dealers向醫生,病人,代理商提供培訓、產品問題解答等;3. Handing with affairs concerning sales orders ,complaints etc.代理商事務中間溝通協調服務,如訂單,投訴等4. Keep contact with dealers regularly,investigate sales and marketing infos ,such as order executing, competitors info etc. 定期聯絡負責區域內代理商,了解代理商的銷售情況,策略落實情況,代理新舉動,競爭對手信息等;5. Support and attending meetings and other promotion activities協助和參加各種會議等營銷活動;6. Monthly report(including,but not limitted to: order execution/orders forecast/stock of distributors/market development/market study) 月度報告(包括但不限于:訂單執行/訂單forecast/市場開發/分銷商庫存/市場調查進展);Important duties其他重要的職能:1. Providing options and recommendations of marketing 提供市場推廣方案和建議;2. Regional product tracking after delivering做好區域內的產品跟蹤服務;3. Identify potential risk, and escalate to MD if problem can't be solvedRequirements職位要求:1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical/medical /business,etc.;2. At least 5 years working experience in Chinese Medical products market (CPAP devices are preferred);3. Excellent communication skills at least in Chinese;4. market economy driven and thinking;5. Frequency travel is accepted;6. Fluent skills in Ms.Office , data analysis and reporting7. Good team management skills
